Marco Valenti
Chief Executive Officer
Marco has over 22 years of experience in structured finance, having previously held senior roles at major Italian and European financial institutions before founding Cerved Master Services SPA. He leads the firm's strategic direction, client relationships with top-tier institutional accounts, and engagement with regulatory authorities. Marco holds an advanced degree in Finance from Bocconi University and is a frequent speaker at European securitization conferences.
Alessia Fontana
Head of Master Servicing & SPV Administration
Alessia oversees all master servicing mandates and SPV administrative functions, ensuring operational consistency and regulatory compliance across the firm's entire portfolio of transactions. She brings 16 years of experience in securitization administration, having previously managed multi-jurisdictional SPV programs for a leading European asset management group. Her team is responsible for all investor reporting, cash flow management, and servicer oversight activities.
Giovanni Esposito
Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
Giovanni leads Cerved Master Services SPA's risk management and regulatory compliance functions, with responsibility for maintaining alignment with EU securitization regulation, GDPR, and applicable supervisory frameworks. He has 18 years of experience in financial regulation, including a prior role at a European supervisory authority where he contributed to the development of STS securitization guidelines. Giovanni chairs the firm's internal compliance committee and serves as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulators.
Chiara Moretti
Head of NPL & Debt Recovery
Chiara manages all non-performing loan portfolios under Cerved Master Services SPA's oversight, designing and implementing recovery strategies in close coordination with primary servicers and legal advisors. She has 14 years of experience in credit recovery across secured residential, commercial real estate, and unsecured consumer asset classes. Chiara is known for her analytical rigour in benchmarking servicer performance and her disciplined approach to escalating underperforming positions.
Davide Ruggiero
Head of Technology & Data Analytics
Davide leads the firm's technology strategy and portfolio analytics function, developing the proprietary tools that underpin Cerved Master Services SPA's real-time monitoring and reporting capabilities. He has a background in quantitative finance and data engineering, with prior experience at a European credit data provider where he built automated regulatory reporting platforms. Davide is currently leading the rollout of the firm's next-generation client portal and compliance automation infrastructure.
